Archer´s Butchers of Brighton has been trading since 1936 in the popular Hanover area of the city.

The family business has passed through four generations leading to its unrivalled reputation today as the town´s master butcher and organic, additive free meat specialist.

Owner, Brian Archer, has been providing quality meat and produce to the community himself for 45 years.

It was in the late 1980´s that Brian became one of the first businesses in the area to focus on free range and additive free meat and poultry, never compromising on quality or traceability.

In the last 20 years Archer's has remained committed to sourcing organic and additive free meat and poultry from local farms in the Sussex and South East area.
